Among available options, and
estimated costs:

For small groups or
individuals - housing/meals, class instruction, and home social
activities in guest rooms, private bath, kitchen, and living areas of home
in Frisco. $25 per person per day. (Individuals under age
18 must be accompanied by an adult.) |

Or housing & meals in
homes/motels/restaurants in area (Frisco, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge,
Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Vail). |
|
|
Class instruction -
as per individual/group needs (e.g., scientific basis of training programs,
total training programs, specific-endurance development, speed development,
strength training, health maintenance, sports psychology, nutrition). |

|
Informal training -
sample workouts, hikes/runs on mountain trails (from 9,000' to 14,000'+). |
|
|
Formal training -
supervised training program and workouts over extended periods. $100
per week; $250 per month. |

|
Social activities -
hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking/canoeing, fishing; shopping, town
festivals, music |
