The great U.S. sprint coaches (Hart, Frye, Holloway, T Smith, Wells, Deem, C Smith, etc.) and athletes, and the world's great middle distance and distance coaches and athletes, use a Speed - Speed Endurance - Specific Endurance Based training approach as proposed by SPEED-BASED TRAINING.
