About Our Private Coaching Program:

  • Speed, Speed endurance, & Specific endurance based training (scientifically valid);
    as opposed to the commonly used (and not scientifically valid) aerobic-endurance based pyramid model

  • Consistent improvements within and across seasons and years

  • Avoids cumulative fatigue and chronic injuries

  • Training & competition more fun & rewarding!!

 

Levels ranging from:

  • Youth to Masters

  • Beginners to Elite

  • Recreational to Olympic Development

  • Middle Distance to Ultras, plus Triathlons
     

 

Arrangement Options:

  • Receive T&F TRAINING and SPEED-BASED TRAINING software and DVD's.  You apply it to yourself.

  • Receive workouts bi-weekly, and consultations by email/phone as needed.

  • Move to Summit County, CO and train/compete under direct supervision.

  • In between, or combinations of, the above.

     

Also For Coaches & Teams:

Will provide training program, and consultations, for complete XC and/or T&F distance teams.  Then you apply it.
